Dante is a young Doberman that arrived with us as an unclaimed stray. He was in fabulous condition and has obviously been well cared for previously.

Dante is one of the friendliest chaps you’ll ever meet, he’s been well socialised and greets everyone with the waggiest tail and a big cuddle!

He simply adores people and gives everyone the same ‘Dante’ welcome to all!!

He is dog friendly but we suspect he’s not had much interaction with dogs, he knows nothing of personal space and just gets very excited to be out with his friends! He has mixed with dogs of all sizes here and is learning how to interact politely. So maybe a tolerant dog would be best that will excuse his enthusiasm for life! That said he is respectful when told off and never retaliates, he hasn’t got an ounce of malice.

Dante would be just as happy to be rehomed as an only dog. He has never met cats. He can be rehomed with children over 10y.o.

Dante is full of life and will need an active home, he just loves being out and about. Dante can be a little strong on the lead and that is something that will require more training, he also travels well in the car. He loves nothing more that having a good off lead run in our secure field which is a joy to see!

Everyone has a soft spot for Dante, he is going to make someone very happy indeed. He has the looks, character and is a big softie.
