American Bulldog

The very pretty Narla came into our care as an unclaimed stray. This 4y.o American Bulldog was in a sorry state when she was found and had only recently had pups. But I think it's obvious that somewhere along the line she was a very much loved dog.

Narla is clean in the house, asking to go outside when needed, she is crate trained and will settle nicely in her crate when asked. She adores human attention but is equally happy to amuse herself with her assortment of toys which she has now learnt to share!

She is a fairly active dog and does love her exercise, she does pull on the lead but this is something we are working on with great success. She has a very trainable attitude and is quick to learn. Narla knows all basic commands and listens well. She travels excellently in the car, jumps straight in and goes to sleep, which makes the perfect travelling companion!

Narla hasn't been fully tested with other dogs but we feel she'd be better suited living as an only dog. Narla has not met cats.

We know she has always lived with young children (we have traced her history) but feel due to her size and the fact she does tend to jump up she'd be better suited to older children.

Narla can be left for a reasonable amount of time but does like someone to be home quite a lot.
