Adoption Form
Before you complete the application form, please ask yourself the following questions:

Are you ready to welcome a dog into your home?

Is your house ready to welcome the dog? Please ensure that you have a secure garden with boundaries at least 5 foot tall. Exceptions can be made for small or elderly dogs.

Are your resident pets ready to accept a dog? All resident dogs must be neutered unless medically unadvisable.

Will the dog live inside the home?

Will be dog be left alone for more than 5 hours? (puppies 4 hours)

Have you read the Terms and Conditions and Rehoming Policy?

Have you read our Privacy Policy?

Do you live in Wales or England?
If the answer is NO to any of the above, and/or YES to number 5, unfortunately you will not meet our rehoming criteria so please do not continue with an application.
The accepted adoption donation is £400 for puppies under 6 months, £300 up to 1 year old, and £250 for adult dogs.
Almost all dogs will be rehomed with a secure escape proof harness which will be £30.
