Phoebe
Yorkie
Well it's finally time to find our little Phoebe a home to call her own. Phoebe was one of the large group of dogs to arrive with us a couple of months ago from an alleged illegal breeder.
She was a nursing mum of 5 beautiful little ones (Scout, Wally, Beanie, Margo and Flora) who surprisingly were all thriving. Now her babies have all flown the nest it's time for her to find her happy ever after.
Phoebe is typical of an ex breeding dog, she is initially very shy and will take time to warm to new people but her confidence is growing and she's starting to show signs of being a happy little dog.
Phoebe is in foster with other dogs and she is now starting to interact and play with them, she will need to be rehomed with a resident dog. She'd suit a quieter home with no young children.
She now looks for affection from her foster mum and happily snuggles next to her on the sofa. She is more nervous of men but can easily be won over with treats!!! Luckily she is food orientated so this makes life easier all round!
Phoebe does have a cheeky side that is starting to come out, she loves to steal things especially the odd slipper! She has just started lead training which is coming along nicely, she will need time and patience to be confident enough to face the big outside world. She'll need to be walked in quiet areas to start and build this up slowly.
So if you think you can offer Phoebe a calm, quiet home where she can adjust to her new surroundings in her own time then please follow the link below. She has so much love to give she just needs that someone special to give her a chance
