Prinnie

Dachshund

Prinnie the young Dachshund arrived with us as an unclaimed stray. She was overweight, struggling to walk and very scared.

Fast forward a few weeks and the diet is taking effect, she’s now enjoying her daily exercise and is much more confident and friendly!

When she arrived all she wanted to do was hide from the world and people were a huge threat, now she enjoys meeting new people and looks for attention! She’s a comical little girl who just wants to find a human of her own.

She has had a few sleepovers in a home and she was definitely glad to have her home comforts back! She slept all night and interacted with the resident Rottie who loved her!!

She is dog friendly and mixes well with all dogs. While she was good with the 3y.o child in the home she did take herself off for some peace and quiet!! So ideally needs to be rehomed with children over 8y.o. She is not cat tested but we think she could live with a confident cat.

Prinnie walks beautifully on the lead and loves nothing more than a spin in the car!! She is looking for someone who wants a dog snuggle up on the sofa with, that is her dream
