Rudy

Rottie

Please meet the very handsome Rudy, who arrived with us as yet another unclaimed stray. This beautiful soul is believed to be under a year old and arrived with an untreated flea allergy. He has now been treated and we are just waiting for his hair to grow back.

He does need to put on a little weight, so he will fill out a bit more. He has definitely had some training and knows all the basic commands. He walks well on the lead and enjoys travelling in the car.

Rudy is the friendliest, most affectionate boy you could meet and has a welcome for everyone! He’s got the signature Rottie wiggle, which you’ll see when he’s excited and just can’t contain the joy.

Rudy is super dog-friendly, mixing well with all dogs on and off lead. He is young and does get excited and may try to hump, so he’ll need a patient dog that will correct him!

He adores Lianne's 3-year-old granddaughter, but she is experienced with the breed, so we would say he could be rehomed with children over 8 years old, just because of his size.

We would like him to go to a breed-experienced home, and to live with someone who enjoys training and doesn’t mind having this rather large lump sitting on their lap! He is an excellent example of the breed and has a temperament to die for.
