Please meet Smudge who arrived with us recently as an unclaimed stray.

Smudge arrived in appalling condition, he was underweight and suffering from an untreated flea allergy which has now been successfully treated and he’s looking and feeling much better.

Smudge is a 5y.o Beddlington x Whippet and I’m sure you’ll agree he’s a very handsome chap indeed. He is super people friendly and adores any human attention he can get!! I don’t think he’s had the best life before arriving with us, but despite his past he’s the happiest little soul who just wants to please.

Smudge is dog friendly but can get a little over the top in play, especially with small dogs. So he’d need a calm, tolerant resident dog either the same size as him or bigger or he’d be just as happy as an only dog.

He will not be rehomed with cats.

Smudge walks calmly on the lead and travels quietly in the car.

Smudge is such a lovable boy who loves to do zoomies in our enclosed field followed by a snooze with his favourite human.
