Our XL Bullies update

You may remember our posts last year about our 3 XL bullies who were desperate to find homes before the ban took place in Wales.

We're very, very pleased to say that all 3 found their forever homes in time!

CADI

The first of our ‘XL Bullies’ to find a home before the ban was the very lovely Cadi! A big favourite at Tegfan partly due to that massive smile of hers!

Cadi and her sister Liwsi had been used for breeding and had never lived in a home. They knew nothing of a loving family or home comforts. That is until she found a fabulous home with Jackie.

Cadi now lives locally, has gone through the exemption process and is a much loved member of the family along with her new besties…the resident cats

She really does deserve the best life, she might not have been dealt a fair hand but she is certainly making the most of her new life.

Lianne was thrilled on the weekend when Cadi popped back to kennels to give Lianne a birthday present! She is looking fantastic and doing so well

Thank you Jackie for turning her life around, we’ll be forever grateful

A big thank you to everyone who shared Cadi’s plight, we really were touched at how many hearts she touched

LIWSI

Liwsi was our 2nd ‘XL Bullie’ to find her forever home before the ban. You may remember Liwsi as Cadi’s sister.

Liwsi is lucky to have found a home with Catherine’s Aunt and Uncle, so we know she’ll have the best life!

Liwsi has settled well and is enjoying life in a house with all her home comforts!

Liwsi had originally come from a breeder so we know she’d never been anyone’s ‘pet’ well this has all changed for the better, she will now spend the rest of her life being spoilt rotten as part of the Ball family.

Thank you Anthony and Karen for welcoming Liwsi into your lives, you literally saved her life so thank you

A big thank you to everyone who shared Liwsi’s plight, we really were touched at how many hearts she touched

DEXTER

The news you’ve all been waiting for...Dexter did find a home in time for the ban!

He has gone through the exemption process and is living his best life.

Dexter was rehomed by Yas who absolutely adores him!

We were lucky enough to have a visit from Dex and Yas a few weeks ago where he had a lovely run in our secure field….muzzle free!

He is settling into home life, he is enjoying his training and has learnt many new tricks!

Thank you Yas for taking on the huge responsibility of owning an exempt dog, he will reward you with a lifetime of love we promise you. Dex we miss you but knowing you are happy living in a home makes us estatic!

A big thank you to everyone who shared Dexters plight, we really were touched at how many hearts he touched
